Gone: The Forgotten Women of Ohio
Emmy-winning documentarian Joe Berlinger ("Paradise Lost" trilogy) directs and co-executive produces an eight-part docuseries about the mysterious disappearances and murders of six young women in southern Ohio. Four of the victims' bodies have been recovered, leaving residents of small-town Chillicothe terrified and authorities baffled over the whereabouts of the other two. An active investigation continues, extending to additional cities in the region, while Berlinger and his crew investigate on their own to help solve the crimes and look into accusations of police mishandling. With unwavering persistence, Berlinger attempts to uncover the facts and provide closure for the victims' families.
