Tom Szaky dropped out of Princeton but achieved success in business. While a college freshman, he founded TerraCycle, and the company has grown into a multimillion-dollar operation in 24 countries. The recycling company accepts anything that's headed for a landfill, then recycles, upcycles and transforms the trash into new products. Its ambitious ultimate goal is to eliminate waste globally. "Human Resources" follows the New Jersey-based team working toward the goal at its headquarters. Young hippies and more-skeptical older folks staff the operation, but they share a passion for getting the job done, regardless of what it takes.
